10am to 4pm Cinque Terre stop

Our cruise stops at La Spezia July 2nd, docks at 7am but we probably won't be off the ship and gotten to La Spezia until 10am. We'll likely have to start heading back around 4pm as the ship leaves at 5pm. Does the following plan seem reasonable?
1. 9am: Buy Cinque Terre Train Card and arrive at Monterosso ~10am.
2. 10am: Explore Monterosso then Train to Vernazza
3. 11am: Hike Vernazza to Corniglia (2 hrs)
4. 1pm: Lunch in Corniglia
5. 2:30pm: Train to Riomaggiore and explore
6. 3:30/4pm: Train back to La Spezia
