To just once every now and than hear from Telus telling you how you are doing at your job. Like on a normal job.

Oh but they do!

By not letting you go, they're constantly telling you that you're doing ... good enough :)

This↑ Coupled with the fact that THE most important thing Telus could ever do to make us feel good is providing work stability, i.e. always having tasks at anytime!

Same, there are many tasks I'm debating how to rate but I give up contacting them because I never get answered and if I did it'd be 7 weeks later

They do reviews if that's what you mean? But then it suspends your account till they review and reactivate your account.

Even in reviews they do not tell you how you are doing. They just select some of your tasks, 2-5 out of thousands and point out your errors.

Don't complain if you are not doing those 2-5 tasks for free. They are paying you for that and most of the users will get 85%. Thankfully they don't expect 100% accuracy.

That's you, u/Fareed280

most of the users will get 85%

How would you know? How would anybody know?

And no complaining? We're still on reddit, aren't we?...

I know because that's why they fire few people and still run the show. I can understand the pain those fired guys are going through but if are not able to sustain their standard then this job is not for you. Ofcourse reddit to open for all discussions and that's y I am presenting my views, others should definitely differ if they don't agree

Well today I got an email saying that 'Quality of rating has fallen below expectations', but only showed feedback about 1 kind of review and 10 reviews specifically. So yeah, some more feedback would be great. And my TDC is empty, so kind of confusing.

When I started they said they expect beginner raters to have over 80% in quality and expert raters over 90%. My observations now are: 1. They have never told me what quality rating I have. 2. How do you become expert rater if you are never told you are doing it correctly or not.
