An original. My attempt to make a 70’s style disco track. Multi-layered Natalie for vocals. Couldn’t think of any decent disco-type lyrics, so decided to write about our cat, “Bailey”. We call her “Bailey Boo” most of the time, hence the title of the song.

Posted here, on Looperman.com : Listen to Disco Boo Disco songs at looperman.com

That’s the only place I post my stuff. No idea how to make visuals for posting on YT, like others in this forum who post amazing stuff there. And, I get good feedback and constructive advice from the community of other Looperman members.

Have referenced Synthesizer V in the description of my track on Looperman. I’m hoping it will bring greater attention to this pretty amazing program. I no longer have to inflict the pain of my own horrible vocals on anybody listening to my tracks!

In order for others to listen to your song, it is necessary to have an account and log into it. I could listen to it because I registered a while ago. The song had an idea and I really liked it overall.

That’s very interesting and disappointing, Gauzde. I checked the Looperman 'help with tracks" FAQ and sure enough, found this: " Tracks must not contain any material that may be in breach of copyright. You must not upload remixes, mashups or cover versions of other artists songs. We also do not allow the uploading of tracks that contain AI generated vocals or original vocals that have used AI to sound like another artist."

I actually don’t think that provision against AI generated vocals is meant to apply to ones created using an app such as Synthesizer V or Emvoice. It is likely meant to catch vocals from the AI sites that create vocals from prompts (there are quite a few of those) and sites that purposely provide AI vocals meant to replicate the sound of established artists. Synthesizer V and Emvoice don’t do either of those. So, your original track using Synth V should not have been blocked. Are you sure you tried to upload the song to the “tracks” section of Looperman, not to “loops” or to “acapellas”? Also, there might be a delay before you, as a new member, are allowed to upload. Please let me know. I will definitely intervene with the Looperman owner if tracks using vocals produced by Synthesizer V are blocked. Makes no more sense than blocking tracks using Rompler synth plugins or pretty much any track that uses anything in Kontakt by Native Instruments.

Great song! And BTW, I don’t have an account at Looperman but I could still listen!

Stunningly top shelf!!
I listened to it twice it was so good.
Stuck in my head ya.

Yes. I didn’t think it was necessary to have a LM account to just listen. Not sure why Gauzde had such problems. I know that Looperman is preparing an updated site (Looperman III) but nothing has been done on the transition yet to my knowledge.

Maybe if I’m not logged in I can’t launch the “play” button and it’s just me. So the error may be with me, but I work normally on the other accounts.

I don’t have an account but am able to listen to the track… the site seems a bit ‘glitchy’ inasmuch as the play button seems to not work for a while or intermittently.
Maybe the site is slow to access the file, possibly deliberately for unregistered users? It took a bit of persuading to get the file to play!

Yes. The site WAS glitchy yesterday for some reason. I think must have been server issues. Actually was totally inaccessible for a while. That’s very unusual. I’ve been a member for probably 10 years and it has been very stable. Might have something to do with their planned upgrade to Looperman III. Worked fine last night for me.

Cool!
Very fun!!!
Composition is great: completely successful.
Mix is superb. Oh that bass line brings you straight in the seventies!
Master maybe a little squeezed? But again: perfectly in tune with 70’s vibe!.
Very good job inho.

It probably wanted to wait - a day or two. I have already uploaded my first song that I sang to myself. I didn’t dare try the same song with AI performers.
