CEAT Ltd invests Rs. 330 lacs in Tyresnmore Online Pvt Ltd

CEAT Ltd has invested ₹ 330 Lacs (Rupees Three Hundred Thirty Lacs only) in the equity shares of Tyresnmore Online Private Limited (Tyresnmore), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company by way of subscription to Right Issue.

Tyresnmore Online Private Limited is a private company incorporated on June 2, 2014 with its registered office in New Delhi, India. Tyresnmore is, engaged in the business of selling automotive tyres, accessories and/or providing services of installing, fitting, wheel balancing and wheel alignment for automotive tyres.

Shares of CEAT Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2677.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2674.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5638 in over 847 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2694.70 and intraday low of 2637.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15043670.00.
