Deborah Lurie (born March 9, 1974 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA as Deborah Ruth Lurie) is an American composer, arranger and music producer. She was the composer for 9, scoring the themes provided by Danny Elfman. Outside 9, she composed films such as Dear John, An Unfinished Life, the remake of Footloose, and Safe Haven.
