From the School
DePaul stands out among our peers for our commitment to personalism and professionalism. As one of the largest private institutions and largest Catholic institutions in the country, the majority of classes contain under 40 students, and faculty is dedicated to the educational experience of students. Welcoming students from different states, countries, faiths, and backgrounds, we celebrate and explore our differences inside and outside the classroom.
Chicago was recently named the second most beautiful city in the world by TimeOut, and DePaul’s not just located in Chicago, we are part of it. With close proximity to internships, museums, and opportunities for undergraduate research, choosing to attend DePaul is choosing the resources of a large institution with the personalism of a smaller institution, all in a city that allows for growth, creativity, and invention.
DePaul is among the top producers for both Fulbright award winners and Peace Corps volunteers every year. Praised by both The Princeton Review and Forbes, DePaul is consistently ranked as one of the best colleges in the Midwest and is recognized by US News and World Report for both social mobility and innovation.
