Cecilia Cheung’s Mum Seen Breaking Mask Rules To Smoke With Boyfriend In Public
If Davies Shally is caught doing this again, she could be fined S$860.
As you may have already heard by now, Hongkong is currently experiencing a spike in COVID-19 infections, which has led the government to double down on some regulations in a bid to prevent the outbreak from worsening. This includes increasing the fine for not wearing a mask in public from HK$2,000 (about S$340) to HK$5,000 (S$860) from December 11 onwards.
Someone who doesn’t seem like she will be bothered by this order is Davies Shally, the Eurasian mother of Hongkong actress Cecilia Cheung. Last month, Next Magazine spotted the 59-year-old shopping and going to a restaurant with her boyfriend, whom she has reportedly been dating for three years (Ceci’s parents divorced when she was a kid). After finishing their meal, they stepped outside for a smoke break.
