David Tennant's new play Good will soon be available to stream on BBC iPlayer, Radio Times reports.

The play, which was filmed live at London's Harold Pinter Theatre, reimagines playwright CP Taylor's exploration of a 'good' man's descent into Nazism.

The Doctor Who star takes on the lead role of John Halder, a German professor who becomes involved in the movement taking over his country during World War Two. Halder's actions lead to unthinkable consequences for his Jewish best friend, Maurice (played by Elliot Levey).

The arrival of the recorded play is good news for fans who were unable to catch Tennant during its sell-out run in the West End. Good will air on BBC Four on the same day that it arrives on BBC iPlayer.

Law & Order UK's Sharon Small is part of the condensed cast list, taking on several roles including Harold's mother, wife and lover. Olivier Award winner Dominic Cooke directed the well received play.

Meanwhile, Tennant is getting ready to challenge the country's best and brightest in new ITV game show Genius Game. The eight-part series, which originated in Korea, will feature head-to-head, never-before-seen games.

Tennant will be known as The Creator, and will guide players through each challenge. The show promises nerve-racking tasks for the players that will also keep viewers on the edge on their seats at home.

Good will air on BBC Four at 10pm on Sunday, April 21, and will be available to stream on iPlayer on the same day. Doctor Who will return for its 14th series in May, airing on BBC One in the UK and Disney+ elsewhere. Genius Game is coming to ITV with a release date yet to be announced.
