Dani Dyer is set to welcome twins this year with boyfriend Jarrod Bowen, with the pair sweetly announcing the news via Instagram last week.

The former Love Island star, 26, went public with the West Ham footballer in December 2021 after they found love earlier that year.

But prior to the relationship, the eldest daughter of Danny Dyer has had a very public and turbulent dating life.

From winning Love Island with Jack Fincham to welcoming first child Santiago with Sammy Kimmence, MailOnline takes a look back at Dani's relationship history.

Jack Fincham (June 2018 - April 2019)

Island romance: Dani and Jack met on the 2018 series of Love Island and continued to date until April 2019

Dani met Pen Salesman Jack when she entered the Love Island villa in the summer of 2018, looking to find love. 

And after coupling up in the very first episode of the series, it was a match made in heaven as they hit it off straight away.

The duo went from strength to strength in the villa and managed to remain a steady couple until their first bump in the road - the infamous Casa Amor challenge.

During this, Jack and Dani were split apart as they welcomed six new boys and six new girls into the villa - with one of them happening to be Jack's ex, Ellie Jones.

Spanner in the works: But they hit a bump in the road as Jack's ex was brought into the show during Casa Amor in a bid to test their bond, leaving Dani emotional as she worried for the relationship

Ellie even admitted that her former fling had messaged her two weeks before appearing on the show, leaving him lost for words when she entered the villa. 

And as the news got back to the main villa, Dani was left in tears as she worried for her budding relationship.

But Jack stuck loyal to Dani and the pair reunited upon his return from Casa Amor, moving past the awkward situation.

They ultimately went on to become winners of the show and even receieved a video call from Dani's famous parents - who gave the salesman their seal of approval.

Winners! But despite the bump, the pair remained strong and went on to win the show

After leaving the villa, Jack and Dani quickly moved in with one another as they looked to the future.

But things began to go south just nine months later as they struggled with the relationship on the outside world and split in April 2019, admitting that they couldn't make things work.

The pair have since shared that the break-up was amicable, with Jack sharing that small things such as 'taking out the bins' would cause tension between the pair prior to their split.

Chatting on the Steven Sulley Study podcast in 2021, he explained: 'You go out into the real world, you get your phone back, you start having real life stresses.

'I probably grated on her a lot more. And there's a lot of things I regret with Dani.'

But Dani recently shared: 'Not necessarily love but I feel like... like Jack for instance - Love Island Jack. Me and him, we're fine. And not that I necessarily love him but I always think: "We had a great time together"'

Sammy Kimmence (2017, April 2019 - July 2021)

Dani met ex-boyfriend Sammy years before even appearing on Love Island, but rekindled the relationship on a more serious level following her split from Jack.

The pair met in Essex and dated for a year before her reality TV stint, where she implied that he was bad news and had cheated prior. 

But as Jack and Dani parted ways, she was quickly snapped sharing a smooch with ex Sammy in a nightclub as they appeared to kick-start their romance again. 

The kiss reportedly didn't go down well with friends and family, including her dad Danny.

A source told The Sun at the time: 'He’s messed Dani around before and after seeing those pictures of them snogging outside an Essex club, it’s reminded those close to her that she needs to get rid.'

But the romance went on, with Dani even getting a tattoo of the first letter of his name.

Dani and Sammy then welcomed son Santiago in January 2021 as she became a mum for the first time, sharing: 'We are in a complete baby bubble and enjoying every moment, can not believe he is ours, completely inlove and so grateful to be his mummy..'

But things took a turn for the worst as Sammy got into some legal hot water for his role as a senior trader at Equine Global Sports Limited.

He was accused of frauding pensioners durng his time at the company, as it was claimed he would use their money to fund his own lavish lifestyle rather than investments.

Sammy initially pleaded not guilted as he denied the claims, but was sentenced to 3.5 years in July 2021 after switching his plea to guilty.

He was found guilty of five counts, after scamming 70 and 80 year-olds out of almost £34,000.

Before being jailed, the con-man was dumped by Dani after she found out he had lied to her about the extend of his crimes and downplayed the court case - with the beauty said to be 'distraught'.

Dani has since said that the pair will always have a relationship due to their son, but aren't friends.

Jarrod Bowen (2021 - present)

Dani appears to have found a happy ending with current boyfriend Jarrod, who is a winger and forward for West Ham.

The couple went public with their relationship in December 2021 as they shared a sweet Instagram post.

And Jarrod got the seal of approval from his new girlfriend's dad Danny very quickly, with the EastEnders star taking to Instagram a month after they went public to show his support.

Sharing a snap of the new couple, the West Ham supporter penned: 'If Carlsburg made son in laws'. 

Dani and Jarrod appear to have gone from strength to strength over the last year, with the pair even recently revealing that they were moving into a new home together. 

And it's no doubt to make space for their new arrivals, as they sweetly announced last week that they are expecting twins.

Dani shared a snap of son Santi to reveal the news, as the tot held onto a sign which read: 'I'm going to be a big brother to twins'.

While the post was also shared to Jarrod's Instagram account, with the caption reading: 'We have been keeping a little secret... Our little TWINS ♡ ♡ So excited to meet our babies and watch santi be the best big brother.. 

'The biggest surprise of our lives but feeling SO blessed.. our family is getting a lot bigger and we can’t wait.'
