The four remaining couples perform three dances, one that the judges would like to see again, a three-dance segue and a three-minute Swing marathon, which they dance in group formation as they compete for 10 bonus points, then the couple with the lowest score, combined from the judges' scores and viewer votes of the past two weeks, is eliminated.

2010 Grand Finale
The three remaining couples perform a dance that they have not previously performed and a Cha-Cha face-off in which each couple will be on their own under the spotlight for 40 seconds, then the couple with the lowest score, combined from the judges' scores and viewer votes, is eliminated. The final two couples perform a freestyle dance, then the couple with the higher combined score is announced as the winner.
