These were perfect! I didn't realize how difficult it was to find curtains for 8-ft windows, and Wayfair came through. We built our house to make use of the most natural light we could, so I wanted them to let light in but not be completely sheer. I also wanted the material to be light enough that I can draw them back just over the door/window frames, and they wouldn't extend over the glass. They are the perfect curtain for us not to feel exposed at night and to watch TV while still getting some light in the house during the day. I like the longer look at the bottom and I haven't steamed them yet so they look wrinkled in the photos. PS: They are the perfect shade of "greige", which is the color of my living room (really, it's called Sherwin Williams Perfect Greige), so they really just feel like an extension of the wall - which is what we were looking for.. These curtains are made of a mid-weight polyester in a twill weave. I used an inexpensive iron with steam capability to smooth-out the wrinkles that would naturally occur in a fabric that has been folded and compressed for who-knows-how-long and this worked just fine. I recommend a setting on the high side of "synthetic" (I used a Silk-Wool setting) with plenty of steam. These are not true "blackout" curtains, which have an additional layer which may make it a dry-cleaner expense if you ever need them cleaned. But they are sufficiently light-suppressing for my purposes and washable as well. As you can see in the photos, I have an added blind that I can draw down which by itself helps a little with brightness but not much in full daylight. To better represent the light-suppressing quality of these curtains I did not pull the blind down for the photos. I chose to photograph a south-facing upper story guest bedroom window which gets hit with full sun all year here at our 3500' elevation in Montana so that you can see that, although not quite "blackout", these curtains do a very good job alone at keeping bright sunlight out. Also, the colors represented in the Wayfair product listing are true. I bought the Denim Blue and Sage Green curtains and both colors are as advertised. I like the light linen light color, its very airy and flowy. However, as far as the material goes, well - you get what you paid for. Maybe I got unlucky with my purchase, but the right ends of the panels' seams seemed kind of tight so instead of a straight flow, it was kind of wiggly but overall, you can't see it much unless you stare directly at it. I ordered 4 panels a few months ago. I just recently hung them up and one panel does not match the other three. The second panel from the right does not line up with the other three as you can see in photo. I guess it’s a bit late to return it since I already disposed of the wrappers but wish it matched.
