For many of us, the holidays are synonymous with the hustle and bustle of traveling across the country to see family and loved ones. This year will be different for many with stay-at-home orders and an uptick in COVID-19 cases, but that doesn't mean we can't do a little sightseeing via our television screens. Get ready to set off on a cross country adventure with Hallmark Channel's Cross Country Christmas.

What is Cross Country Christmas about?

Lina (Rachel Leigh Cook) and Max (Greyston Holt) live in New York City but are both from the same small town in Colorado, though they were never really friends growing up. Heading home for the holidays, both their plans are derailed when a massive storm reroutes and grounds their plane. Desperate to get home for different reasons, the two work together using whatever mode of transportation it takes to get them there. Between the people they meet and the places they pass through on their journey home, the two begin to see each other as friends and maybe even more.

Who stars in Cross Country Christmas?

Rachel Leigh Cook

Best known for her turn as dorky art student Laney Boggs in She's All That, the ageless Cook has been featured in a variety of films, television shows and video games over the years. No stranger to Hallmark, Rachel Leigh Cook starred in a trilogy of movies for the network—Autumn in the Vineyard, Summer in the Vineyard and Valentine in the Vineyard. Earlier this year, she produced and starred in the Netflix movie, Love, Guaranteed.

Greyston Holt

The Canadian native hails from Calgary and has had roles on Supernatural, Chesapeake Shores and Batwoman. Holt has also starred in a trilogy of movies. He played the lead in UPtv's A Very Country Christmas, A Very Country Wedding and A Very Country Christmas Homecoming.
