Get your COVID-19 Vaccine
Getting your COVID-19 vaccine is the best way to protect yourself from COVID-19.
NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. Anyone age 6-Month+ is eligible.
The COVID-19 vaccine is free, and does not require health insurance.

Testing
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (regardless of vaccination status), it may benefit you to test for COVID-19. Symptoms include a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, decrease in sense of smell or taste, or muscle aches and pain.
Utah County Health Department does not provide testing for COVID-19.
Quarantine and Isolation
Quarantine is for anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19, whether or not they are sick yet. Isolation is for anyone who has tested positive or has symptoms of COVID-19. Quarantine and Isolation are both important tools to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Guidelines differ between unvaccinated and fully vaccinated individuals.
What to do if you are exposed?
Vaccine Cards
If you received the vaccine from somewhere else, you will need to go back to the place you got your vaccine to receive a replacement card. If you received the card here at the Utah County Health Department, you can call 801-851-7022 to schedule an appointment for a time to come get a replacement.
If you are planning on getting a booster shot with us, you will be issued a card at that time.
