Coral Gables, Florida Tops Beverly Hills as Ritziest Home Market in US

Floridians with homes in the ritziest neighborhoods that include Coral Gables and Naples are experiencing the nation’s biggest increases in real estate wealth as markets in the Sunshine State supplant those in California and New York at the top.

In February 2020, before the pandemic, California was home to six of the 10 priciest neighborhoods in the country, while Florida and New York City had two each. Today, seven are located in Florida, while three are in California’s Beverly Hills and Malibu, according to data from Zillow Group Inc.
