Founded in 1971, the College of Southern Nevada is the state’s largest and most diverse higher education institution. The college’s leaders have made it a priority to provide an affordable, collaborative and inclusive environment that allows students of any culture to shine. CSN is accredited through the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities and specializes in two-year degrees and workforce development that allow students to graduate, transfer, complete and prosper.

CSN also offers bachelor’s degrees in specialized fields and is the state’s largest provider of adult basic education and literacy training. CSN is a Minority Serving Institution and Nevada’s first Hispanic Serving Institution. Our students create flexible schedules with day, evening and weekend classes available online or at multiple locations across southern Nevada. The college offers more than 180 degrees and certificates in more than 70 areas of study. CSN is extremely accessible with three main campuses in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson, each covering 80 acres, as well as sites and centers placed throughout the southern Nevada area. CSN is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action institution.
