This budget-priced 22-track overview of Scottish singer Marie McDonald McLaughlin Lawrie, better known as Lulu, is a great primer for listeners who were put off by EMI's double-disc To Sir with Love! The Complete Mickie Most Recordings. While the latter collection crushes the former in both sound quality and selection, those with a casual interest in Lulu probably only remember her signature hit, "To Sir with Love!," which along with a handful of other singles that appear here -- like "Boom Bang a Bang," "Morning Dew," and "Day Tripper" -- should more than suffice.
