Tayte: Do the plank position. And push-ups and press-downs for triceps. If you want your muscles to look the best, you want to do isometric work, which means holding things in place. Holding is what develops the biggest pump.

On nutrition:

Tayte: For breakfast I always eat at least four eggs in the morning. I eat the yolks because egg whites are bullshit. The egg yolk is what gives nutrition to the baby bird. The white is all the fluff that protects the yolk. If you have super high cholesterol though, do not eat whole eggs. Always drink lots of water because if you don't, your body is going to hold on to more water, and you're going to be bloated.

Levi: I always have water when I wake up because it starts your system and detoxes. I always make sure I have everything in the food pyramid from every food group at every meal. I like to take creatine for breakfast when I don't work out. I put a lot of bananas in it. I won't eat carbs. If I drink soda it's only once in a while, and it's just ginger ale. A lot of stuff makes me nauseous honestly because I was brought up in a healthy manner. My mom used to be a marathon runner and still walks like 45 minutes a day whether it's raining. I have a really fast metabolism so I have to continuously eat.

On fitness:

Levi: My average workout is an hour and a half to two hours, three to four times a week. I'll do split body, so upper body one day and lower the next. If you're trying to gain muscle, you have to workout four to five times a week.

Tayte: A lot of women think lifting heavy weight is not important for them and lifting heavy weight is what builds muscle mass, but that's not true. Lifting heavy weight is the number one way to burn fat mass in your body. My rule of thumb is you can't out-train your diet, so your nutrition will always determine whether you're going to gain or lose but lifting heavy weight is super important for everyone.

On skincare:

Levi: There's this organic pumpkin and yam facial scrub that I love and you just keep it on for 10 minutes. You're supposed to use it every two weeks but since I party a lot I use it every week. I got it at the Hard Rock Hotel day spa. And then I use Saint Ives facial scrub. I've found that it's important to not scrub too hard, but light and long and give temple massages. I saw that in a movie with Hilary and Haylie Duff.

Tayte: I don't use soap and shampoo after living in Europe. The face wash and toner I use are from a company in New Mexico called Great Face and Body and they designed a citrus face wash for my skin. They're an all-natural organic spa.

Levi: I get free tanning at my gym but I haven't done it in months. I tan in November and then in January but I try not to do it a lot. I just tan naturally in the summer.

Tayte: I bleach my butt hole at home. There's this stuff from this company called Fort Troff that works amazing. It's a sex toys company. It doesn't hurt and you do it once a day for a week and a half to get noticeable results. It's easy and cheap.

On hair removal:

Levi: I'm a trimmer.

Tayte: I like the Norelco trimmer. There's a new series for Noreclo that's good.

Levi: For the face, I like the Gillette glide. I don't have that much hair though.

Ultimate hangover cure:

Levi: I always order Chinese food. I get ginger ale, soup, and water, and Gatorade.

Tayte: I work at six in the morning every day. I am a personal trainer at a gym called Mark Fisher Fitness. So what I do in the morning is 10 minutes of yoga after I do a 30-second dance party. That's how I wake myself up in the morning. The yoga preps my body and mind for the day. Then I always take a cold shower.

How to drop five pounds fast:

Levi: I drink a lot during the week and forget to eat so I lose weight a lot.

Tayte: The healthy way to do it is give up alcohol for two weeks if you're a drinker.
