Q:
I want to watch the quiet place ll but I'm under 17 and my parents won't be going with me so can I still go?
A:
The quiet place II is rated PG-13. If you're 13 and over there's no need to be accompanied by an adult. Have fun!
Sharnitta R.3 years agoQ:
Anyone know what kind of seats are in the theater? I want some for my house, they rock.
A:
I've been there many many times over the years. But no idea about your answer. I'd suggest going there and speaking with a manager if you like those specific seats. Otherwise go with the first answer and search the world for theater seats.

Been here several times over the past two years. The theatre is large, staff are friendly, and they usually have a good selection of English and Bollywood movies playing.
We've usually come for night showings and I've noticed that the restrooms are not typically very clean at this time of the day, and there's popcorn and other food wrappers on the ground.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mar 16, 2024
The theme of this movie theater is unique and interesting, they have cool statues out front. There is also ample parking with a large lot. Additionally, it is fun to come to this theatre since it is connected to the Arundel Mills mall, so you can do some shopping before/ after your movie. They have a lot of snack options as well. I took off a star because their recliner seats are a bit worn out and sometimes the other customers at this location can make the movie not as enjoyable. However, overall, I enjoy coming to this theatre.

My kids loved the decor in here! It is very Egyptian when you walk in. There is a sphinx head. The staff was really nice and helpful. I saw them cleaning up a lot which was reassuring. It can get pretty crowded on the weekends so coming on off times might be better.

I recently went to see a movie at this theater and was immediately disgusted by the condition of the seats in Screening Room 14. Although it's preselected seating, I walked through 4 rows, and all of the seats in Screening Room14 were in horrible condition and need new upholstery. There were a few seats that had partial new upholstery, but the majority of the seats were in this nasty and disgusting condition. I generally don't go to the movies primarily due to nasty, unsanitary, and unsatisfactory conditions at the theater, along with the outrageous prices at the food concession. This Screening Room should have been closed and not available for use by the public due to the necessary repairs.

Understaff led to the concessions stands having long lines. Even if you arrived early which we did the lines were crazy long we didn't even grab any snacks. The untidy floors in the concession area made you not want to eat anything too..
Customer service office was closed couldn't even get my refund for my ticket.
Dbox is a nice experience however if you have vertigo this may not be the best option for you for there is some chair movement.
The faux leather needs to be replaced and theaters need to be thoroughly cleaned in between viewings. Our chairs had tons of popcorn sticky just urghhhh. Glad I walked with wipes.
Not my theater of choice but it's 7mins from my house. I'll drive an hour just to view a movie in a better setting like the iCon in Tysons, CineBistro, iPic or Regal..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 2, 2022Previous reviewTime for a little renovation seating is peeling and bathrooms could use a bit of a lift. The concession area should be swept more often just look unsightly and unappetizing. Needless to say we didn't order any food not even a slurpee.
I hardly ever come here usually go to Regal but I was meeting up with a group for movie night and this was the location they selected.
The movie displayed well, just had 3 chatty teens sitting next to me. I called the theater to report it they said someone would be down shortly and no one ever came. The teens chatted on and off throughout the entire movie and it wasn't about the movie!!
Guess to sum it all up I only come for free viewings of movies no more paid theater visits from me. - Sep 3, 2023Updated review
Sheesh. This theater has gone downhill. I came tonight for a 7 PM special event, a Sunday night on a three day weekend, and there was only half the concession stand open with minimal staff. Needless to say it was a nightmare: they were running out of everything from popcorn to ice and everything in between. It literally took close to 25 minutes to get through the line and into my theater. Thankfully I was seeing a sporting event that had a pre-show, but if I was seeing a movie I would have missed the entire first act. With the cost of going to the movies nowadays, you would think a massive multiplex like this one would know better.
Now... you could be saying, "Wow -- way to sound like a Karen. Just show up early if you're worried about the line at concessions. Why the negative review." And normally I'd agree, but having worked at a movie theater like 15 years ago, I know you're supposed to put most of your manpower into your weekend. And when you have an entire backup concession stand and you're slammed, you open it up to make things go faster (even though it means more cleanup at the end of the night). This was amateur hour at its finest and a sobering reminder of why I don't really come to this theater anymore unless I really have to.
I will say, however, that the cashiers seemed to be in good spirits despite the chaos.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jul 27, 2023Previous reviewThis theater used to be amazing back in the day, but after a visit last night, I might not come back for a while. Full disclosure, I did see a movie later in the evening, but there were some cardinal moviegoing sins that were committed that need to be acknowledged which shouldn't have happened regardless the time of day.
First, they ran out of popcorn. I don't know if this is the B-team or the concessions staff were all trainees, but running out of popcorn at a movie theater should never happen. The employee just kind of looked at the growing line, too, as if nothing was wrong nor did anyone let us as customers know they were working on it. After about 5 minutes, eventually a supervisor walked over and realized the employee hadn't started popping any more popcorn -- yikes! I would hazard a guess that it was getting to the end of the night and they started breaking things down too early, but it sucked to stand there for almost 15 minutes for food.
Second, when the popcorn was popped, there was no seasoning -- that light yellow tint that says "salty goodness." The employee was also under filling people's popcorn bags. Maybe this kid should be tearing tickets.
As for the actual theater, like I said, it used to be amazing. There's an Egyptian theme throughout with grand, ornate murals and high ceilings. I guess in recent years, though, the theater hasn't gotten a lot of love and care as you can see signs of aging throughout the building. It doesn't help when there always seems to be messes / trash by the condiment station, the soda fountains, the lobby, etc. Just makes it feel less inviting -- I understand things get busy and sometimes you're short staffed, but when you spend close to $50 to see a movie, it'd be nice to feel like it's a special treat vs staying at home.
My movie was in one of the smaller auditoriums and it stacked up to an average experience at a big box theater chain. One thing I will say is this movie theater always has great projection -- something I can't say is always the case about the AMC closer to my house.
This theater is *fine* and definitely not what it used to be when it first opened close to 20 years ago when I was a kid. Good news is these are all gripes that can be easily fixed with some attention to detail and better focus on the customer experience during all times of day. - 106148513Nov 12, 2022
Loved it. Had a great time going to see Wakanda II. Super cool sculptures in line with the Egyptian theme.
Well stocked concession area. Plush recliners and roomy comfortable seating with trays and cup holders.
Employees were friendly. Lines moved along really fast. Ample parking as the location is at Arundel Mills Mall.
Only complaint here is that for some odd reason trash cans were removed from our theater before the movie ended so when we went to throw out the trash there was trash all on the counter and floor. Gross. We had to carry our trash and walk around to find a trash can since we chose not to throw it on the floor like other patrons.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 21, 2022
My family & I chose Cinemark to watch Black Panther in. I used to love this theater when it first opened. A lot of changes have been made since then, both good and bad.
So the good, they have these really cool seats that react with the movie. Black Panther, a lot of action and fighting, so the chair would shake and move with every movement you saw on screen. I believe there's a way to adjust the sensitivity of your chair as well if it is too much.
Bathrooms were clean surprisingly so that's good.
Bad is the cleanliness. There was popcorn and stuff in my chair when I got there. Almost like no one is going around in between movies to tidy up.
Overall it's decent.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Marie S.Laurel, MD1263Jan 21, 2024
