Q:
I want to watch the quiet place ll but I'm under 17 and my parents won't be going with me so can I still go?
A:
The quiet place II is rated PG-13. If you're 13 and over there's no need to be accompanied by an adult. Have fun!

Anyone know what kind of seats are in the theater? I want some for my house, they rock.
A:
I've been there many many times over the years. But no idea about your answer. I'd suggest going there and speaking with a manager if you like those specific seats. Otherwise go with the first answer and search the world for theater seats.

I live less than a mile from Arundel Mills and rarely ever go. Parking can be a challenge and it's always so crowded. A friend invited me to the movie, Dr Sleep. Cinemark was the only theater which had open seats on a Saturday night. I was surprised.
The theater has changed greatly since my last visit. Cinemark has stepped their game up. Snacks, popcorn and drinks were easy to purchase. No long lines to stand in. Hand scooped Ice cream and coffee are an option.
Seats are reclining and very comfortable. Our movie filled up quickly. Overall pretty good Saturday night fun.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Marlon G.Columbia, MD113529Jul 21, 2022
Such mixed feelings about this place. I wish the food items were better - they seemed to be understaffed in that department so things are very limited- popcorn, sodas, candy, hot dogs, and the occasional pizza in the window. No free refills on popcorn anymore. Despite all
this, I really enjoyed the move theatre space itself. Chairs were excellent and I liked that there are these barriers which prevent you from seeing the heads in front of you. You weren't distracted then by folks on their phones or talking, etc. I kind of felt like we were the only ones in the theatre despite it being full to capacity. The surround sound was also excellent.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 25307182Mar 10, 2022
I will say the location for the theater is great because it's at the Arundel Mills mall so there is ample parking and located right off the highway. You can access the theater through its own entrance or by walking through the mall. It's a large theater so they have numerous movie time options and the D Box experience is pretty good. Not sure if it was the day I went but the theater was extremely short staffed. While they do have 4 self ticketing kiosks the physical line for the tickets took forever with only one cashier. The concession area is very confusing and then you come again to one person checking out and another wait.

We tried a movie here on Friday night and the theater was pretty comfortable. We had reserved seats and they fully reclined. It made the movie experience pretty decent. Food and food prices are your standard high costs, but we ate before coming so I think the price was reasonable for the comfort. One of the better theaters I have been in. The place was clean and the restrooms very clean.

This location is interestingly designed, but the layout of the entrance makes for a slightly confusing trip, especially if it's your first visit. The snack bar is not very clean or well-stocked, and the employees don't seem very stoked to be employed there, but I'm sure it's just because of how draining those types of jobs can be. The checkout counters and floors are always sticky. The food from the snack bar is pretty gross, and definitely not worth the high prices. The restrooms are usually very disgusting, and most of the toilets are often trashed or clogged. It gets very hot in the theaters during more popular shows (to the point where you're going to want to take a step outside). They have a small arcade, but it's just that- small. You would assume that since the theater's entrance is so huge and even takes up some of the parking lot that they would've left more money in the budget when they decided they were going to include an arcade.

Whoa! Could this be the end of Cinemark?
I recently visited to See a premiere of snack eyes.
The theatre was clean and the movie was GREAT however, the concessions were cut down to bare minimum. There no hot food service, only popcorn and prepackaged nachos. Also there was no bottled water, only fountain drinks. The cashier said that total staff was cut down to 7 people!
Welp looks lime it may be HBOmax and Disney + from here on outHelpful 6Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0Aug 16, 2018Previous reviewIve been coming to this theatre since it opened over 10 years ago and was called Muvico. It was the first theatre id ever seen that had a daycare within it. It was large and state of the art then and it still is!
The daycare is gone but trecent remodel to include recliners and D Box is a nice touch!
UPDATE: Just went last night for a screening( thanks yelp). The experience was like a throwback to the days of old before assigned luxury seating. People were rude, obnoxious and it was first come first served. I should have taken the hint when the hist stood in front of the theater and chastised the crowd for holding spots in line for too many people.
Did the lady next to me really pull out an apple and commence to crunching away for 10 minutes during the movie??? Really?
Bottom line: Nice theatre, well maintained. I'll stick to PAID nights after the movie is released to the publicMar 31, 2018Previous reviewIve been coming to this theatre since it opened over 10 years ago and was called Muvico. If you haven't had a chance to view a movie in the seats that move, you are missing out in life. I cannot watch another movie the same. Since seeing NOPE, I haven't been to a movie here in regular seats. Please put on your bucket list as Must Do!

Cinemark is a pretty good theater attached to arundel mall. It's usually clean and they have decent food at the concession stands. Last time I came here, they had milkshakes and coffee but they are pretty pricey like all theater food.
The big downside is that since it's attached to the mall, it's always busy. If a big movie comes out, this place will most likely be fully booked. Parking also becomes a big problem here. If you come on the weekend, it might take you a good 10-15 minutes to find parking Bc this mall is pretty busy. If you're coming just for the theater, I recommend getting here a little early so you don't rush.
Last time I came here, my friend and I decided to watch IT. By far one of the coolest things I've ever seen is the IT costumes that are attached below. It was a good experience Bc the crowd was very into it.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0
