Chrishell Stause ‘f–king flipped’ after Jason Oppenheim kisses another woman

There’s drama brewing below Sunset.

Jason Oppenheim got into an argument with “Selling Sunset” ex Chrishell Stause Friday night – after he locked lips with a mystery woman at a Super Bowl LVI bash in Los Angeles.

A Page Six spy overheard the Oppenheim Group founder talking on the phone about trying to get away from Stause at the party.

Oblivious to his surroundings, Oppenheim continued his discussion as he took a leak inside a portable restroom marked “ladies” at The h.wood Group’s “Homecoming Weekend,” where Justin Bieber had performed earlier in the night.

“OK so we have a couple of issues. One, I want to go take you back to the table where Chrishell and Emma [Hernan] and [brother] Brett are,” Oppenheim, 44, said, according to our source.

“But two, I’m not allowed to go back there because Chrishell saw me kissing somebody and f–king flipped, I don’t know.”

We’re told the real estate broker proceeded to exit the lavatory without flushing or washing his hands, and remained on the phone as he made his way back into the party.

Meanwhile, Stause was hanging out at a VIP table — notably with bottle service — with “Selling Sunset” co-star Amanza Smith. We’re told she appeared visibly angry, at one point telling Smith, “I’m so f–king pissed.”

It appears the drama wasn’t played up for the hit Netflix reality show, as no cameras were present at the party.

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum, 40, proceeded to have fun with her friends, however, dancing, hugging and singing along as producer/DJ Marshmello played a rendition of Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ On a Prayer.”

Reps for Oppenheim and Stause did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

The outing came just days after Stause admitted on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” that being around Oppenheim is only awkward “if alcohol is involved.”

The two broke up in December 2021 after a brief seven-month romance. Oppenheim previously said that their “different wants regarding a family” is what led to their split.

“While Chrishell and I are no longer together, we remain best friends and we will always love and support one another,” he wrote in a statement at the time. “She was the most amazing girlfriend I’ve ever had, and it was the happiest and most fulfilling relationship of my life.”

He added, “While we have different wants regarding a family, we continue to have the utmost respect for one another. Chrishell is an exceptional human being and loving her and having her in my life is one of the best things that has ever happened to me.”

Friday’s “Homecoming Weekend” party – a kickoff to Sunday’s Super Bowl at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif. – was held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood.

The celebrations continue Saturday night with Drake as the headliner.
