Cherry Hill High School East Reviews
Rating 3.73 out of 5 474 reviews
My experience at East was great! Looking forward to seeing the structural changes at East. The school is very old and needs a lot of work. I appreciated all of the opportunities in the arts department, especially the theater and music department.
I've enjoyed my time so far at Cherry Hill East and feel it is an average public school. The best part about East is our sports and theater/music programs. I myself participate in theater and choir at East and am a member of Thespian Society. In D-Wing, the music wing of our school, it's become a second home for me, and I've gained a lot of confidence by putting myself out of my comfort zone which has led me to become a leader within these programs. East does have downsides, as sometimes the school environment can feel very unsafe as there are many fights around the school which administration doesn't help much in controlling, and our academics could be improved as well as just more school spirit. Overall, East is a pretty nice place to go to school and I still have two more years left in high school to experience it all.
Cherry Hill High School East is a challenging public school filled with kids who are extremely competitive. As well, many East students are very active with the East community and in activities outside of school. If you are involved in clubs and extra circular activities, it is so much fun. The school adds a ton of stress, especially with the competitiveness and pressure, but they try to make everyone feel included and have many programs to help you.
