Am I missing something, or is Air China's online check-in not functional?
I fly in less than 24 hours from London Heathrow to Seoul Incheon, connecting at Beijing - both flights Air China, booked through Opodo.
I have found three places that allegedly allow you to check-in on their site.
https://www.airchina.co.uk/GB/GB/booking/online-check-in/ - after entering the correct information (tried passport number and e-ticket number), and a brief 'processing' screen, I am directed to a page entitled 'Internal Server Error' every time.
http://www.airchina.com.cn/en/index.shtml - I get a dialogue box popping up every time saying 'please enter the correct phone number'.
http://www.airchina.com.cn/en/service/check-in/index.shtml - it won't allow me to submit the information as the wording 'Only applicable for mobile phones in mainland China' appears in red.
Any advice would be warmly welcomed...
