Maybe five stars if the tortillas for their Taco Tuesday were not just store bought street taco tortillas, maybe not.

Bacon wrapped dates were really good. Get the 'house made' blue cheese. All very flavorful. Also tried the Rueben egg rolls they were really good.

Tacos were...well they were tacos in the greater Chicago area. Tried the 3 for $9 taco Tuesday.
Fried Avocado - ok, maybe batter the avocado to give it more crunch?
Baja (fish) - ok, not amazing
Spicy Shrimp - spice level was good, shrimp seemed frozen or previously cooked so a little tough but flavor was good

Just those tortillas...look into buying some masa flour and making your own. Each tacos was double wrapped but I avoided 4 of the 'shells' and left the Baja taco for the trash.

Great location, cozy on the ground floor but plenty of tables upstairs. Our server was nice and friendly. Refilled our water throughout our time there. We only stopped by for a quick bites and some drinks. We only got the buffalo and the sticky & spicy wings. The buffalo sauce was good nothing exciting. The sticky and sticky sauce was okay. A little too sweet for my liking. Overall, good place to grab bar food and a drinks. They also had a live band that night playing.

This place is AMAZING! The food and drink options are top notch and the workers make you feel like you are part of the family . Mari and the rest of the staff do a great job making you feel welcome. I will definitely frequent this fine establishment!

Great place to grab a drink or bite with a date. They serve a variety of beers. Great service. They are quick and I also got a free shirt and drink today!

Come for the vibes, stay for the fish tacos. Just an overall cozy place. Love it in the summer time as well

Came in today for lunch. 4 adults and 2 kids. We were seated around 1:30pm. Sat for 30min and no one came to take our order, give water, or acknowledge that we were there. We had to flag down a waitress to let her know that we have not ordered anything yet. At 2:15 we decided to leave because we saw that tables that sat down after us (with more people in their party) were already receiving their food. Terrible service. There were plenty of empty tables so it's not like the place was packed and the staff were overwhelmed. Not worth coming here is you want to be ignored and watch other people eat. This place deserves 0 stars.

We decided to eat at the Chatter Box in Long Grove on Sunday and had a GREAT experience. We were greeted by the hostess and we asked to sit at the bar, where she told us Lizzie would take care of us. We couldn't have picked a more friendly and extremely nice bartender. Lizzie was attentive, personable and was very informative about the menu. She made us feel like we had been her friends for a long time. Thank you Lizzie and Chatter Box for a nice time!!

I enjoyed the dark, bar ambience inside and could tell there was a lively crowd outside as well. The food was delicious and largely what you might expect, however, I have to give the mozzarella sticks a 5/5. They were clearly house made and had a perfectly soft crunch with each bite. Some of the best I've ever had!

Unfortunately, I can't give this more stars due to the staff encounters we had. Every worker there seemed incredibly tired and unhappy. I'd suggest looking to them for hints at potential improvements.

Cute little bar with indoor outdoor seating. The hummus platter was incredible! Heaps of fresh veggies, wonderfully prepared fresh hummus in 3 different flavors: red pepper, pesto and garlic, served with homemade soft but crispy pita chips delicately salted and lightly greased. This app was the bomb. A great drink/light snacking spot.

Chatter Box absolutely amazing food and service. The bacon wrapped dates are to die for and the staff are always very personable and attentive.
