Upstairs at The Morrow is a vibrant rooftop playground with panoramic views of the city. Upstairs is NoMa's go-to spot for everything from sunset sparkling wines to last-call tequila. The indoor-outdoor space features lounge style couches, firepits and a wraparound bar.
Created by Michelin-starred Chef Nicholas Stefanelli, Upstairs is housed within The Morrow Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in the heart of NoMa, one of the city's fastest growing creative districts.
The menu plays with classic French flavors and flips them into clever, new preparations: Taquitos filled with duck confit, "Lyonnaise" deviled eggs, French onion burger with caramelized onions, Comte and beef jus. The offerings are rounded out with easy-ordering staples like Caesar salad, fish and chips, and sushi.
Beverage Director Joseph Kocjan created a list of cocktails leaning bright and fun, like a blood orange margarita, a rum-and-cognac punch, frozen rose, and the nearly required espresso martini on tap.

Enjoy the sunsets from the perfect spot , we require a deposit of $25 per person. that will be applied to your final bill. Cancellation fees are applied for reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to your reservation. I made this reservation under the impression that I will get my moneys worth. I feel like this restaurant does not follow policies or guidelines to confirm my reservation when I got there. They had the reserved space to someone else without even contacting me. Someone tried to damage control and they sat next to a couple, invading their privacy the food and the drinks was delicious not too bad on the prices

Reserved this rooftop on put a deposit down and planned my New Years around coming here to enjoy sunset. Once arriving the response was ‘sorry we have the rooftop booked for a private event’ and there’s nothing we can do about it. There must be something extremely wrong with management if you forgot to take down online reservations on arguably the busiest day of the year. Thanks for nothing, creating unnecessary problems for your clients because you’re incompetent. Please return my security deposit ASAP.
