Celtic's post-split fixtures confirmed

Celtic will host Rangers in the final Old Firm derby of the Scottish Premiership season on Saturday, 11 May.
Brendan Rodgers' side face away trips to Dundee and Kilmarnock, having lost twice to the latter at Rugby Park already this season.
Celtic's final game of the campaign will be a third home league meeting with St Mirren, who the champions dispatched 3-0 last weekend.
