This company will do what they say !!!

I was not a happy customer just because I have had a bad experience with another “warranty” company that was supposed to cover home repairs and I was ready to cancel all “warranty “ policies. However, your sales lady was very patient, kind and considerate of my feelings and talked with me about your company’s service policy. She also agreed to send me a paper copy of the policy which made me happy bc I did not have to go to an e mail to figure anything out. She convinced me to stay with car shield and I did receive the policy handbook as she promised. I am a nurse and value that she did what she said she would do. She is an asset to your business.

Customer service

I had a transmission di e on the vehicle. They worked well with Aamco in Beaumont TX off Dowlin to resolve my issues. Carshield has saved me over a couple thousands on my car. I really appreciate how worked with a customer. Ty Carshield 😊.

Professional and courteous interaction…

Professional and courteous interaction with CarShield and American AutoShield staff. All equipment and services needed for my vehicles repair were seamlessly provided. I am so glad I made the decision to purchase a policy with CarShield

Contrary to the rumors.....

Contrary to the rumors of CarSheild. I've gotten nothing but GREAT service and results. My advice to the public: Read your contract and you'll see, if "CarSheild" does their part and it's a little more on your end, that's a BLESSING in disguise!!....(If you take CarSheild out of the equation, you pay it ALLLLLLLL!!!) Something to think about!

Canceled coverage was told no money…

Canceled coverage was told no money would be taken out of my account not knowing they already had taken this months out . Called explained the problem. My wife Renee died l cannot afford carshield anymore. They don't care will not refund my money. Low down dirty company.

We are sorry to hear this. We do require at least 24 hours prior notice before the due date in order for us to have time to stop the credit card or debit card payment from running. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM CST and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 3 PM, with the exception of holidays. The first girl I talked to said my…

The first girl I talked to said my wheel bearing was covered take it to the shop. When the mechanic called CarShield they said it wasn’t covered,I called the next lady I talked to said it’s not covered I asked why the First Lady said it was she claimed that lady worked for road side assistance. Basically she was sorry but I can go kick rocks. I’m currently looking for a new provider

It is taking a long time to respond to…

It is taking a long time to respond to a claim. Although I am given a Claim number via an email, when aI called CarShield the representative could not find any claim has been initiated and there is no info about the claim. It concerns me about the seriousness of CarShield.

I Loved the freedom and used my…

I Loved the freedom and used my dealership for repairs. Dropped off, the Service Team and Carshield worked out the solution and cost of repairs. One point of contention was the wait time for CarShield to provide the part to Delaer. It seems you could have negotiated with the dealer for a discount to speed up the overall repair process

Excellent customer service quick…

Excellent customer service quick response to my claim paid out the claim approved the claim same day. It was an expensive repair covered by Carshield. Very happy

Carol was Very Caring and knowledge…

Carol was Very Caring and knowledge was very helpful I had done some Changes to my policy, Info update and direct Payment . Carol caught a couple of things I forgot like a hard copy of my policy . Thank you Carol

You have American auto Shield do work for you. I have never delt with a ruder supervisor in my whole life! Really upset. So much that I do not know if I will continue service with you and will make it known to anyone that asks.

Had forgotten about the insurance and…

Had forgotten about the insurance and the car was service. It was not aware of the insurance policy until then. The only disappointment 😞 was that l could not be reimbursed any money. And was because I didn't go directly the insurance 🙄. Other than that customer service was great, keep up the good work 👏
