My experience with Carpet One in Spartanburg , SC was fantastic. Peton greeted us in the store, helped us with the flooring we wanted. Came out thta day and did the measurements, and I had an estimate within 24 hours. Matthew and his team showed up right on scheduled time to lay flooring, him and his team were great, non-stop work with a beautiful results. I will definitely be using Carpet One in Spartanburg, SC again.

Buyer beware with Carpet One of Merritt Island Florida for breach of contract and horrible service!! Owner Jeff Kidd refused to provide his service warranty in writing after contract signed and deposit paid. Cancels work days before installation. File complaint with HQ and they provide very little help. After conversations with others, this company does not stand behind their work! Many complaints!! Find someone else, we do not recommend this provider of Carpet One!!

We used Ken at the Boatman location (Cypress, TX) and were very impressed with his knowledge of different materials as well as his willingness to find a way to work within our price range. Ken made the process so easy, answering all of our questions and being available with updates throughout the process. We were very impressed with how quickly they got the job done. The final product was absolutely gorgeous! We love our new floors and the fact that there wasn't as huge mess to clean up after the fact.

I recently had my entire townhome done by Empire Carpet & blinds on McMullen Creek in Charlotte
They did a great job of installing carpet & vinyl floors & the manager, Randy, also did our kitchen window treatment & bedroom blinds
He was very professional, honest & a lot of help
I would recommend them to everyone
I used Empire because they had done a good job on our home for many years

We went to Carpet One in Kingston NY. Sales representatives were helpful. We took a picture of floor sample. The delivery of laminate flooring took about 10 business days. When we got it, laminate floor looked darker than picture, so we’re placing in basement office instead. I would suggest to take sample home. The sales representatives did offer some sort of exchange deal but we couldn’t find anything in same color shading match. I would recommend them.

I won compensation from these people after they did an absolutely appalling job on my flooring.
They basically stopped taking my calls when I voiced my concerns so I took legal advice.
During my research in setting up the case with the Lawyer, I was staggered at the amount of people who had issues with them - people involved in every aspect of the flooring industry.
Avoid.

Carpet One installed oak parquet wood floors throughout my whole house. They did an excellent job, taking their time to level the floor to insure the wood was laid properly. This was a big job with a room needing major leveling. They were professional and respectful. It took longer to install because they cared about doing an excellent job. My love my beautiful floors. Gene Fischer was always available for questions, inspected their work and explained proper care of my new floors.

We recently renovated our kitchen and purchased the flooring from Carpet One. We had shopped many many places and Carpet one by far had the best service and probably the best selection.
Friendly, helpful, stress free and competitive pricing.
No hassle to take samples home to try and ordering was quick and simple. They co-ordinated the delivery to work with our schedule.
The floor looks amazing!

I worked with Deana with Carpet One in Fort Walton Beach. My sellers townhome was under contract and new flooring needed to be put in uptairs. I initially called 3 flooring companies, 1 no showed, another one was thru the roof in price with Carpet One being the most reasonble. Deana was communicative, came out to the home on several occasions to see how everything was going and kept me and my seller in the loop daily. For people to show up is rare anymore so we were very pleased with Deana and Carpet One and I plan to refer them and to use them on my home.

paid 6k for wool carpet for small 3 bed house from the ellerslie /pakuranga frachise, the carpet that gets sun has gone rotten and is falling apart, they came and had a look and said its not covered, warning dont buy wool carpet! it also faded colour.

We couldn't have improved our experience with our local Carpet One store. New to the area and facing a new build project, we stopped at Carpet One because they were open on Saturday. What a lucky move that was! Ben Palter has become a friend and trusted ally. He had local connections that allowed us to find a hardwood craftsperson and other local gems. His humor, knowledge of the products he sells, and wholehearted advocacy for our vision and our needs made him one of our Port Townsend family. He has called us with important information, shared wisdom about choices of tile we were considering and helped us design, plan, and execute a wonderful look for our new house. Unqualified recommendation from us.

We called prior to delivery date to confirm.everything ok.
AT Last Minute......carpet not available!!!!!!
They substituted cheaper quality!! We had no choice!!!!

We have had bathroom linoleum, kitchen linoleum, and one room carpeting installed by Carpet One and were always satisfied. Most recently we had carpeting installed throughout our entire home. Guests constantly remark how nice the carpet looks. We walk around and it feels
like we're in a luxury hotel. The installers were so accomodating and professional and were a pleasure to deal with as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our flooring needs.

We recently bought laminate flooring at Carpet One in Sioux Falls, SD. Janelle was our sales person. We asked a lot of questions - she answered them all in language we could understand. We believe we have the most beautiful kitchen and living room floor. Thanks Janelle! We'll be back.

We were pretty stressed out after experiencing some major damage in our house after a plumbing pipe leaked while we were out on vacation. Several different floors were ruined. We called Carpet One and they got right on it. They ripped out our old carpet and hardwood and replaced all this flooring better than new. All the installers and staff at the store were all very helpful and easy to work with. They turned a real stress into a very positive experience. We love our new floors!

2 years i have been trying to get carpet one to come back some improperly layed laminate for the third trip. they make promises then opped up out of know where nd said i owed them $100 from 2 years ago (first i heard of it) guess its time for an attorney

I have never done a google review before. I am motivated to do so today! We had new flooring installed yesterday and are just so completely satisfied. It was really refreshing to work with this group of people! Janelle patiently kept following up with us on different things and made many timely phone calls to us and on our behalf. The installers yesterday were terrific! They very kindly answered last minute questions, stopping what they were doing to really listen and respond. They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. Everything looks great!! I would definitely recommend Carpet One of Rochester!

I was completely disappointed after trying to communicate with Marty. She did not return my phone calls, did not write down the details from our conversations to refer back to, and ultimately told me that a certain carpet would be in the price range we had discussed and then went on to quote me a price WAY higher than we had talked about. She was rude and did not take the time to correct her mistakes. I am thankful I did not end up using Carpet One.
