New Jersey Chamber of Commerce board elects 4 new members, including Dontas, Welsh

The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce board of directors elected four new board members to three-year terms at its April meeting.

The new board members are:

  • Peter Dontas, executive vice president and market executive, New Jersey, Wells Fargo;
  • Dr. Dustin Riccio, CEO and president, St. Joseph’s Health;
  • Eric Seguin, CEO and president, Solix Inc.;
  • Carolyn Welsh, CEO and president, NJ Sharing Network.

“There are many opportunities and challenges facing New Jersey — and these individuals will provide counsel and expertise as we work collaboratively to ensure the state reaches its full economic potential,” Tom Bracken, CEO and president of the chamber, said. “They will be joining a board with an already-impressive group of business leaders from all parts of the state, representing many different industries and backgrounds.”

The board provides guidance to chamber staff on policy issues affecting New Jersey’s short- and long-term economic growth. There is a special emphasis on matters involving economic development & taxation, education and workforce development, environment & energy, government reform, health care and transportation.
