Dr Caroline O’Connor

Caroline is from Portmarnock. She graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2008 before her Intern year in Beaumont Hospital. As part of her postgraduate studies, on the RCSI GP Training Scheme, she completed rotations in Obstetrics/Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Palliative Care and Medicine for the Elderly.
Prior to embarking on her medical career, she studied Actuarial and Financial Studies at University College Dublin and worked for a short period of time in the insurance industry. She regards herself as a generalist, with a holistic approach, and enjoys the variety of general practice. She is married with 2 children, and in her spare time she loves to play music.
