Carmen Osbahr-Vertiz (born April 21, 1962 in Mexico City, Mexico) is a Mexican-American puppeteer who has performed Rosita on the popular US children's series Sesame Street, since 1991. Osbahr has also played Kiki Flores on The Puzzle Place and Lily on Johnny and the Sprites.
Rosita and Armando (Ismael Cruz Còrdova) appeared to promote season 44 of Sesame Street.
September 8–10, 2017, she was an additional Muppet performer for a live show at the Hollywood Bowl titled The Muppets Take the Bowl. Osbahr was also a core Muppet performer for Sesame Street Live!, playing Rosita and Ovejita. She was also credited as a puppeteer on the plant for the 2021 film Little Shop of Horrors.
