Pros
A lot of great coworkers
Cons
Upper management doesn't know what's going on in their own company. They are always a few steps behind in pay and tech. They constantly talk about culture and pretend to care about their employees but that doesn't mean much when the CEO makes $3M and they lay off a bunch of workers making $50K.
