Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves Adopt a Second Puppy in a Week: 'Got Work Cut Out for Me'

Camila Alves McConaughey and Matthew McConaughey have expanded their furry family once again!

On Sunday, Camila, 38, revealed on Instagram that the couple adopted another dog — just two days after the family welcomed a white rescue puppy into their home.

"If you thought...what was I thinking with a 4 month old puppy...well how about with another one that's 2 months old!! 🐶," the Brazilian supermodel wrote alongside a selfie with the black canine.

"Yep, got work cut out for me in the next months!" she added. "3 kids, 2 older dogs , 2 pups, 1 cat and my mother in law😉."

Camila went on to thank the Humane Society, from which she adopted both of her new puppies, writing, "Again, THANK YOU @humanesociety for helping this little guy find his home!! I mean... come on...found on the streets and with this little face he had to come home! 💚💛💚."

Camila and Matthew 51, already have a full house with their three kids — sons Levi, 12, and Livingston, 8, and daughter Vida, 10 — the Dallas Buyer's Club star's 89-year-old mother Kay and many of their other adopted dogs and cats.

On Friday, Camila revealed that the family rescued a sweet white puppy, sharing a selfie of herself cuddled up to the pup on Instagram.

"New addition to the family ❤️🐶What was I thinking!!! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️," she captioned the post. "4 months old ...THANK YOU @humanesociety for what you do!! This little one has a home now!"

In September, Camila explained why she continues to adopt pets despite the family's already large menagerie.

"My first dog here was named Bobby," the mom of three shared on Instagram alongside a throwback photo of herself holding a black dog. "He wouldn't stop stealing our food he was very naughty! (I thought it was funny)."

Camila then revealed, "My dad gave him away... so I think that's part of why I want every animal I see! 😂😂."
