The Vegas Golden Knights have sent forward Byron Froese to the Henderson Silver Knights.

The 32-year-old centremen has been in and out of the lineup and was playing on the fourth line for the Golden Knights. Froese has no points in the nine games since his first call up. Froese was averaging 10:53 of TOI and had a face-off percentage of 61.7 percent.

Froese has spent most of his career bouncing between the NHL and AHL. He's played on five NHL teams in his career.

Froese has eight goals and 15 points with the Silver Knights this season. The Silver Knights have 22 games remaining and are currently tied with the Bakersfield Condors for seventh place in the division. The addition of Froese could help the Silver Knights push for a playoff spot if this is more of a permanent move.
