Brown’s Town Campground in Bishop California. Flush restrooms, showers, piped water, tables, and grills. 100 spaces with water and electrical hook-ups, some campsites have cable available. Camping spaces available for larger RV’s but can be a bit tight due to large shade trees. South of Bishop the park is not within walking distance of town but is adjacent to the municipal golf course. Reasonably priced the park includes access to a western themed “museum”. Packed dirt roads and parking pads the park does have grassy areas.
From the park: We have a general store with friendly and helpful staff. We sell the coldest beer in town, homemade pie, ice cream, sandwiches, hot dogs, coffee and fountain drinks. We also sell camping supplies, books, maps, gifts and souvenirs.
