The Butchart Garden is massive. You'll find every kind of flower here. The Japanese Garden and Rose Garden are beautiful. Great place to spend 2-3 hours walking and admiring the beautiful flowers.

An impressive gondola linking the Whistler and the Blackcomb Mountains. Amazing views...some gondolas even have a glass observation floor.

This is undoubtedly overpriced for a walk in the woods, but I am glad that I went. It wasn’t crowded at ~4pm on a Monday in March. The bridge wasn’t so excited but the temperate rainforest is a unique and beautiful environment that is not familiar to most parts of the world. Being in the forest and the totem poles were my favorite parts.

The Inner Harbour is spectacular! From the Legislative Buildings, to the Empress Hotel framing in the Harbour, the beauty of Victoria is there for you to take in. The constant life in the harbour, from seaplanes taking off, to the people enjoying a stroll to the boats going on the water, you really enjoy the views and life downtown. Being so close to other attractions and restaurants makes the Inner Harbour a natural place to begin your Victorian adventure!

Small aquarium with a few animal exhibits and a some aquariums that represent regions around the world. Easy to see everything in 2 hours or so. I get some of the comments about the animal exhibit being hard to see because the viewing areas are very small. Very happy I made the visit, had a great display of tropical fish and sharks!

Christmas lights over 1 million lights. The lake with the lights and music is excellent. Many paved walkways with lights.
    A lot of different variations

We never miss a visit to Beacon Hill park when we are in Victoria. It’s a great place to walk about and also encounter peacocks, ducks, owls and lots of squirrels.

Spring time is beautiful with all of the flowers and trees blossoming.

You can connect to the beach and walk and explore for some time if you want.

The Terry Fox van is in the building. Make a quick trip to the foyer w/o going anywhere else. Have an emotional moment with a piece of true blue Canadian iconography. The restored van that was used to accompany Mr.F. and his team across this country. More artifacts to come I hope.

The Vancouver Seawall is a wall built around the waters of Vancouver to prevent erosion. We followed the wall by walking around Stanley Park. It is a calming way to get fit and enjoy the beautiful natural wonders of the area.
