This superbly quirky 3 bedroom cottage is hidden away down a twitten (historic passageway) within the infamous South Lanes. Based in the heart of the city with all the best independent boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and only a short stroll to all the main attractions, the pier and the beach.
The cottage is bijou but the central location makes it a great spring board to explore the best of Brighton. This is a professional holiday let with dedicated housekeeper.

The space
The cottage is an original & stylish place to stay. Each of the three bedrooms has a different theme, crisp linen & all the necessities, we have a double shower in the wetroom and a quirky but comfortable lounge with kitchenette.
This is the ideal place to base yourself for a city break in order to step out in style for the best that Brighton has to offer.

The three bedroom cottage comprises of a living room with two sofa’s and an armchair. The studio kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge for preparing light meals and snacks. (NB no conventional oven or grill).
There is no dining room, but with the best of Brighton's restaurants on your doorstep you really won’t want to stay in to cook, equally we do supply you with everything you would need for preparing a simple meal or breakfast.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with basin. Separate wet-room with twin showers, basin and WC, underfloor heating.
On the second floor a further two bedrooms, one with basin. These bedrooms have zip and link beds which can be arranged as twin rooms or king size doubles.

Due to the age of the property the doorways and staircases are unusually narrow. Sorry, no disabled access.

There is a very small rear covered terrace, which is standing room only, but handy for smokers.
The house is situated down an ancient twitten lane (pedestrian alleyway) within the infamous South Lanes.
There is no free parking space with the property.

Perfect for groups of friends and family, hen-do's, birthdays trips.

For larger groups the terraced property is next door to Smugglers Retreat (also listed) and the two cottages can be booked together for groups of 12 (16 at a push), which is popular with groups of friends down to enjoy Brighton's infamous night life. Search Trinket Box cottages

Due to it's central city location, it might be noisy at night, and you can expect to hear voices in the pedestrian lane during the summer weekends. For this reason we have supplied each room with complimentary ear plugs.

Other things to note
The cottages are in the heart of the city central and as such it can be bustling and noisy in the neighborhood, especially at night during the summer months, and at the weekends.
BUT there are residents in this area so please be mindful of neighbours, especially between 11pm - 8am
The cottages are small but perfectly formed, but a great launch pad for going out to explore the city.
There is no dining room or dining furniture. The kitchen is small and only suitable for preparing light meals and snacks.
