Una película con chistes tontos y desagradables. El personaje principal es plano, fastidioso y no se hace realmente responsable de sus errores; no veo que tenga una curva significativa de maduración. Tampoco logran justificar el cambio de opinión en los personajes. Por ejemplo, el policía estaba muy molesto y apareció en la boda de la amiga como si nada hubiera pasado. Nunca hablaron seriamente de lo sucedido.

I watched this on DVD a while ago and it was horrible. The goings on in the wedding shop were disgusting, and it's difficult to imagine how anyone would think it was funny or entertaining. An exhibition of gross bad taste is what I thought, and I expect much more from a movie than that. Definately not recommended.

I don't think any film of the 2010s made me laugh as loud or as often as this one, even when the humor got a bit juvenile and crude - usually I don't respond to that stuff. It is funnier than all of the HANGOVER movies put together, and not only do I think this should become considered a classic comedy in the decades to come, but it should also more importantly be heralded as the moment Kristen Wiig truly became an important comedic actress of the era. This is a star-is-born performance - evoking thoughts of Lucy, Carol Burnett and Goldie Hawn. She is smashingly good and surrounded by a great troop of brilliantly funny actresses. Rose Byrne is such a surprisingly funny presence in film, and I would consider her performance in SPY one of the great comic performances of its decade. This is a comedy I look forward to revisiting over and over again.

1001 movies to see before you die (Added 2012; Removed 2014). Another lost Flixster rating. I remember it to be so raunchy that it was hard to enjoy. It's a shame too about the language since it could have been a classic.
