      Season 1 – Brickleberry

      2012 Comedy Animation List
0% 7 Reviews Tomatometer 65% 100+ Ratings Audience Score Fledgling Brickleberry National Park is facing its demise as a tourist attraction, its future in the hands of a dysfunctional group of forest rangers. To help save Brickleberry, top ranger Ethel Anderson is summoned from Yellowstone. Her park skills -- not to mention her sex appeal -- are seen as a threat to reigning Ranger of the Month Steve Williams, who does everything in his power to make Ethel look bad. The head ranger, Woody Johnson, is a hapless sort who always has the park's best interests in mind, even if his ideas on how to run it aren't nearly the best. Woody takes comfort in his pet, Malloy, a vulgar and spoiled grizzly cub who loves to put down the other rangers -- especially Steve. The animated series is co-executive-produced by Daniel Tosh, who also voices Malloy. Read More Read Less Watch on Fandango at Home Premiered Sep 26 Buy Now

Alex F It was so boring and unfunny, I turned it off and watched season 1 of Family Guy instead And was kinda surprised to find that a lot of the jokes in the Brickleberry was straight up from Family guy This is the adult equivalent of potty humor Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/24 Full Review Anna M My favorite show of all time Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/09/23 Full Review Andy D Very funny, original, slightly offensive, pretty much everything great I would expect from an adult animated series. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member I laughed so hard, I peed myself. Daniel Tosh is a genius. It perfectly balances offenses Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the funniest new productions on Disney plus. A no nonsense non-apologetic comedy that makes fun of every race, sexuality, gender… and doesn't pull back punches because someone might get offended (which easily doesn't apply to most new productions on any network). No one is safe and everyone's laughing together! That's comedy! Every other line in a joke. Fast paced and just pure entertainment! We need more shows like this! I'm on my second run Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Le Due M Ouch, 0% for one of my favorite adult cartoons. Probably critics hated it for the reasons I loved it X'D Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/20/21 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Tom Conroy Media Life The writers seem to think that being "outrageous" -- by invoking stereotypes about minority groups or by going for gross-outs -- is funny by itself. Sep 25, 2012 Full Review Dennis Perkins AV Club The roster here is a monument to wasted talent and dreadful writing. Rated: F Sep 25, 2012 Full Review Brian Lowry Variety While there's nothing wrong with being juvenile, without some wit or purpose, such gags quickly yield diminishing returns. Sep 24, 2012 Full Review Jesse Schedeen IGN Movies For all the effort to unnerve and upset, Brickleberry just comes across as desperate and impotent. Rated: 2.5/10 Sep 26, 2012 Full Review Emily Ashby Common Sense Media As far as the content goes, if you can imagine it, it probably has a place in the outrageous plot that attempts to find humor in alcoholism, racial profiling, and nontraditional sexual appetites. Rated: 2/5 Sep 25, 2012 Full Review Ross Bonaime Paste Magazine It's a show that's actually painful to watch, because it keeps finding new depths of tasteless jokes without any punchline that are worse than the ones that preceded them.
