I have been here several times as a walk in and with an appointment. The service is great, no bad things to say! A very comfortable waiting area that always smells amazing. Quiet, relaxed, and calm just as a place like this should be. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend!

They are hands down the best massage place around. I have been all over Ulster County and even Dutchess and they are Top Notch. The place is very clean, quiet, professional and the prices are great too! I have had two different masseuse and they were both amazing.

It was me and my boyfriends first time going to a spa and I can't tell you enough how amazing it was! Very relaxing music, the workers were extremely nice and it is such a peaceful place to walk into. Dylan and Audrey did amazing jobs! We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you very much everyone!

This was our second time in Kingston and each visit we treated ourselves to a massage at Birch. Located on a side street in the historic stockade district, the exterior will fool you.
Once inside you immediately sense that this place is serious about serenity. With birch wood walls, soothing fountains, Himalayan salt lamps and the calming aromatherapy smells.
The rooms are dark, plush and calming. Their therapists are all very skilled and both my wife and I felt they offer some of the best massages around.

After reading the reviews and our hotel in Kingston recommending them, What a great experience. Relaxing and enjoyable, our masseuses, Jackie and Dusty were totally professional and it was definitely worth the trip. Will book them every time we are in Kingston!

Amazing day. After speaking with Ani, the manager we organised a few hours on our own at the spa. For 8 of us including the 2 brides we had the seating area to ourselves and were able to decorate it and play some games. We all had a variety of treatments and everyone said how much they had enjoyed it.

I was treated to a massage as a birthday gift by a friend. And what a wonderful treat it was. The spa was so relaxing . From the aromas of lavender outside the front door , to beautiful deep purple wall paper contrasted with the Birchwood on the walls and the relaxing lobby you knew you were in a place to sit a rest. My massage was soothing as she actually took time to apply the proper pressure on my scalp. It was like a little piece of heaven after a long day at work. I will be back.

A massage here was a soothing experience. I was a nice place, quiet and peaceful. The massage was good. Its a more personal experience than the quick stop ones in the malls. It costs a few bucks more but worth it if you want the quiet. Your person will not leave you to check out who entered the building/
