Bobby Tench, né le à Londres (Angleterre) et mort le 19 février 2024[1], est un guitariste britannique.

En 1965, Bobby Tench rejoint le groupe The Gass avec Godfrey McLean et Errol McLean. Ils enregistrent deux singles pour Parlophone et un enregistrement avec la CBS. En 1968, avec le batteur Godfrey McLean, ils forment une nouvelle formation et signent avec Polydor Records en 1969. Le groupe s'appelait Gass. Ils enregistrent l'album Juju en 1970.
En 1971, il enregistre avec Ginger Baker et en mai de cette même année, il rejoint le groupe de Jeff Beck : The Jeff Beck Group. En 1976, il enregistre avec Freddie King et Mike Vernon. En mars 1978, il rejoint le groupe de Van Morrison, ils enregistrent et il participe à une tournée. En mai 1978, il enregistre avec Eric Burdon en Irlande. Il rejoint Humble Pie en 1980[2],[3],[4].
