Franklin D. Roosevelt (1933-45), Harry S. Truman (1945-53), Dwight D. Eisenhower (1953-61), John F. Kennedy (1961-63), Lyndon B. Johnson (1963-69), Richard M. Nixon (1969-74), Gerald R. Ford (1974-77), Jimmy Carter (1977-81), Ronald Reagan (1981-89), George Herbert Walker Bush (1989-93), Bill Clinton (1993-2001).

Bob Hope passed away from pneumonia, July 27, 2003, at the age of 100 years + 59 days. He outlived George Burns who died March 9, 1996 at 100 years + 48 days.
Bob Hope's wife, Dolores, passed away September 19, 2011 at the age of 102.
