We are deeply saddened by the passing of BHS school board member and treasurer, Mike Casey.
Mr. Casey served on the board for 17 years.

Astronaut Visits Bob Hope School

On Monday, January 22, former NASA astronaut José M. Hernández was at BHS as the guest speaker for our annual Boots & BBQ event which celebrates National School Choice week.

Ribbon Cutting for New BHS Beaumont Facility

BHS held a ribbon cutting in front of the new Beaumont campus facility. The building is finished and ready to house the elementary and middle school students at the beginning of 2024.

BHS Gets 1st FFA Charter in the History of Port Arthur!

Dr. Bobby Lopez (BHS CEO), Dr. Acosta (BHHS Campus Director), Ms. Morris (BHHS agricultural science teacher & FFA advisor), along with officers and member of our new FFA chapter, sign the charter from the Texas Future Farmers of America, granting us the first ever FFA charter in the history of Port Arthur.
