Blue Sky believes that creating a mediocre product is simply not acceptable, whether we are designing a pencil case, creating a new stationery set, school backpack or inventing a new gift for Christmas… it has to be special. To be special it has to be great quality and have something about it that brings a smile to your face… in short “affordable magic”.

Blue Sky Studios is one of the UK’s leading gift, stationery, luggage and lunch ware suppliers. We develop and sell our products under our own brands, as well as under an extensive range of licenses including, Harry Potter, Friends, Riverdale, Game of Thrones, Nerf, Monopoly and My Little Pony.
We work with most of the major UK retailers such as Primark, Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s and Aldi, along with value retailers such as B+M. In addition to that we supply a large number of independent retailers direct from our warehouse based in South Wales.
50% of our entire workforce are designers, which reflects our obsession with creativity and letting our products sell themselves!
OUR JOURNEY SO FAR…
Blue Sky Studios began its journey in a flat in north Leeds in 2002. For the first few years, we sold the rights to our gift ideas to other companies. This taught us that ordinary ideas do not make money, you have to come up with completely original ideas that are commercially viable and popular.
We started to manufacture our own products in 2006 and moved into the licensed product sector in 2012.
Now our head office is based in Otley at Wharfebank House North, with a second satellite office in Nottingham and an office in Ningbo (China).
