Absolutely disgusted
when I went to Blackpool Football Club to buy 2 tickets for myself and my daughter only to be told I couldn't have any because I was a Coventry supporter and my daughter was a Blackpool supporter.
and we couldn't sit together in the ground as we was supporting different teams the young girl Kim on the reception was so rude to me II thought this was a family orientated football ground obviously not .
being Disabled I need my daughter with me and I was refused I complained to the slo who continue to send me emails saying he will see what he can do but nothing was ever done
my daughter and I live in Blackpool and have done for a number of years we just support different teams and was refused by Blackpool Football Club entry totally devastated

As a visiting supporter this was a far from satisfactory experience. Entry for visiting fans is through turnstiles 22-25. And where are these? Unsigned, and down a backstreet, then through part of a car park / builders yard, then a narrow dingy, seemingly unsafe alleyway to equally dingy turnstiles.
On entering the ground it is then necessary to walk the length of the pitch, trying to identify block and seat details. It seems some of the seats may be cast off from other parts of the ground as they do not always seem to be sequential, the numbers are faded or missing and some seats were broken. To cap it all there was a restricted view with pillars obstructing the view, no mention of course when booking.
There are significantly better away days.

My wife and I were in Blackpool last week we noticed Blackpool were at home to Blackburn while we were there so a few weeks ago we phoned the ticket office and because we had been to a previous game got tickets no problem. A really nice stadium and the people ever so freindly. The facilities are great. The people in the ticket office and shop are a credit to the football club thanks for making our second trip more enjoyable

Took my elderly mother for Afternoon Tea as a treat but was left feeling very disappointed indeed. We came away still feeling hungry.
Afternoon tea is suppose to be served in China cups not pot thick cups 🤷♀️. The coffee/tea was “help yourself” from a push button machine which, might I add, was cold. On mentioning this to a member of staff nothing was done about the machine.
Certainly will not be returning & would definitely not recommend.
Very disappointing afternoon.

Struggled to find our seat. It took my husband 1 hour 10 minutes to get served at the bar. Definitely need to get your act together as my husband missed some of the concert!

Still a temporary (lol) stand for away fans with many pillars spoiling a decent view. Catering ok but pies needed to be much hotter.

If you want to watch a proper game of football come here. Definitely don't go to PNE - The worst in the country.

Rubbish in many ways. No signage to away turnstiles, facilities ok but the temporary stand with several pillars seems to be permanent these days. Would have got a much better rating except for the totally inept exit procedures which exposes people to non stop bottle and missile throwing which the police just filmed…well thanks for that, why not do your damn job instead? Forced to leave at the far end from the main car park so everyone has to walk back towards the fans they were walking us away from in the first place, pathetic but hey you get used to that as a football fan.

My family and I visited Blackpool FC on the 28th of December 2021.
Dawn and her team were very accommodating and the staff in the restaurant were brilliant.
The team did a wonderful job and left us all with a very good impression of the Club.
