Everyone who lived the 80's would love this movie soundtrack, Shakedown by Bob Seger a great song Cross my Broken Heart by the Jets I love it this is a great CD to buy
I bought this strictly for the Keta Bill song "Hold On" and the version on this soundtrack is NOT the version used in the film. It turns out that the Keta Bill version used in the film was never actually released commercially and is impossible to get. The opening Bob Seger "Shakedown" song is about the only song that I enjoyed from this release. The rest is all filler to me. I'd rate this album a "Meh" on a AWFUL to AWESOME scale.
I love the music as it encourages me to train in the gym . The combination of Rock n roll and Hip Hop provides balance between hardcore excercises and cardio.
