Didn't know what this was at first when I saw it at a local shop recently, then realized it was the original packaging of the 1989 A&M CD I used to have. Great and inexpensive way to get your hands on an all-analog, good sounding copy of their debut UK album on LP 1, along with all the assorted singles, B-sides and EP tracks associated with it on the second LP. No fake stereo either. No issues with this pressing, the mono recordings are uniformly punchy, crisp and robust, while those mixed in stereo are well balanced, with good separation and a surprisingly full, detailed soundstage. My copy plays nice and clean, didn't really notice any surface noise on first listen. I don't remember being impressed with the sound quality on that old A&M CD, but this sounds pretty damn good throughout...great value if you find a copy in good shape for $10 or so.
