This is tough to examine.
A concise James Gang is a helluva lot more effective than having their albums.
But this collection makes such a strong case to delve further.
You’ll be disappointed doing so, but maybe this greatest hits collection of sorts will sell you into actually loving the group…so you won’t care if the albums themselves are mediocre, because the more James Gang the better at that point.
Funky good time boogie rock n roll, and of course, Joe Walsh.
