What travelers are saying
- Lyubomir TSofia, Bulgaria14 contributionsThe fortress and the park along the fortress are simply awesome. Very quiet and very clean. You can spend hours walking around and catch amazing views from certain points... There are also interesting signs telling the story of the fortress and different parts of the park.Written May 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lyubomir TSofia, Bulgaria14 contributionsTheir main walking street for sure its spectacular and interesting on its own. The most interesting thing is they have stages where there is a live band playing all the time. I haven't seen something like that in other cities, but this amazed me the most. Its interesting to stop by and listen if the style they are playing fit your taste.Written May 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lyubomir TSofia, Bulgaria14 contributionsMe and my girlfriend went there on Lazereva Subota (Vrbnitsa). There were many families and children, all the joy and happiness around. Everybody was very kind and the temple itself was full with people celebrating. About the temple itself - it was simply amazing. Its worth to visit it and light a candle for health.Written May 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lyubomir TSofia, Bulgaria14 contributionsThis is the street I would recommend everybody, at least once visit. There are many traditional restaurants offering traditional Serbian cuisine, as well as their famous craft beer - Dogma, which I would recommend either sit for a quick bite (lunch or dinner) or a glass of beer. Either way, its an amazing experience, especially to hear the nearby live music from the restaurants.
One advise - wear comfy shoes, since the road is paved and not so comfortable walking on it.Written May 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lyubomir TSofia, Bulgaria14 contributionsIt was near our hotel and based on the reviews and recommendations, we one morning we decided to give it a shot. Boy, the park was awesome. It was so clean and peaceful despite the fact there were many children, it has place for everybody and it wasn't crowded as many parks I've been to. The fortress itself reveals very nice views to the rivers and Novi Beograd. I recommend visiting it.Written May 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Vicky SilveAbbadia Lariana, Italy706 contributionsThis Orthodox cathedral is not as rich of decorations as other churches in Belgrade, but worths the visit too. As often in this city, this worship place is surrounded by a garden, in which there also is a little monument remembering the kids who lost their lives in the 1999 bombings.Written September 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
