Bills safeties coach Jim Salgado was fired today, a source told ESPN.
Salgado has been on Sean McDermott's staff since 2017. From 2020-21, he was the team's nickels coach. He moved to safeties this year.

This is weak. We lost an all pro for the year and had another playing through a slew of injuries

This shows that they're not going to take a serious look at itself in the mirror. Based on the Miami game alone (week 3) he deserved to keep his job. Holding that team to 21 pts with a makeshift secondary was yeoman's work.

This is outrageous!
I watch them very closely on TV for three hours a week, so I know better than any head coach or GM.

Was this really appropriate? Bills dealt with a lot of injuries this year, all the way back to when Micah Hyde got hurt.
