Hair Saloon in Wildwood, MO

They are awesome here. Everyone is so friendly and great at what they do. Been going to Chasity for years and she is always a Rock Star!!

Awful experience. I booked a 1pm hair cut Saturday April 22. I arrived 10min early and checked in. They offered me a drink and said to take a seat and someone would be with me soon. I took a bottled coke, All was well. Thought it was a cool looking place. Everyone waiting when I arrived were called and I was the only one waiting... then five more people came in and all were taken before me. At this point it was 1:20pm. I went up to the check In to inquire and the girl apologized saying the girl who checked me in didn't actually check me in with the system. All good. Mistakes happen. She said she found someone that can squeeze me in. That was an odd thing to say given this was their mistake. Anyway it was 1:45pm by the time someone got me... 45min after my appt. The lady who cut my hair called my name and didn't say anything or apologize for the obscene wait time. Not that it was her fault.... But some customer service would have been nice. She didn't even tell me her name, just said to come on back to the room. She asked what I wanted done to my hair and I Showed her a picture. She didn't say a word the rest of the time. Almost like she was ticked she had to fit me in. It was super uncomfortable. My haircut lasted 15min where usually my haircut would take 45 when I've shower barbers before. It looked like a 15min haircut. No care no attention to detail. It looked nothing like the picture. When I went up to pay I forgot I originally also booked a neck shave. When the girl said the amount the lady who cut my hair said oh no we didn't do the neck shave. So she literally just chose not to do it. No apology or anything. That was super odd. I gave 20% tip and left. I know that's  her day job so whether she's good at cutting hair or not, still wanted to give her something and not be cheap. Overall weird experience and super overpriced for a 15min cut I could have gotten at great clips. Won't be back. I will say when I was waiting I saw other women call customers and seemed super sweet and nice and introduced themselves etc. perhaps my lady was having a bad day or mad she had to fit me in.

Chasity is absolutely amazing. The whole salon is such a great experience for men. I have used them for 15 + years, and have never been disappointed.  Both Chasity and Lindsay have been at this particular Hair Saloon for men for as long as I have been coming and they absolutely know what they are doing.  They treat you like family and have created such a pleasant environment and culture that you can't help but enjoy getting a haircut.

Paige has been my stylist for quite a while and is ALWAYS  consistent, professional, and awesome !
